This place is a disservice and discouragement from wanting to own another Subaru. Just had my vehicle serviced and had it returned to me with door being damage and scratched.

Front facing staff are always kind, nice, great customer service and organized. I enjoyed going to this location. However, I noticed the last recent times I have been going, they've been telling me I need to get services done that I actually don't. Which, I'm sure comes from some internal source? Not sure.

Was told I needed my brake fluids changed at one point in time, but I skipped it. A few months later went to a local mechanic who showed me a test strip that my fluids were in the green. Another time was told I needed to change my cabin air filter when I had just gotten that done the last time I was serviced. I think they're a reputable place, but just be aware of what services you actually need.

We recently did an oil change/checkup with Subaru of San Bernardino. Nathan Sharp made the experience very positive by being patient, friendly, and helpful with all our questions being first time customers. I would return here for service purely because of the interaction we had with Nathan.

Had a dented oil pan in my forester. When I called for a price check on parts and labor to get it repaired, they quoted me $850. Brought it in and they called and said it would be $1400 to repair. Mind you a lower oil pan is $100 to order from Subaru. Still had to pay the $220 diag fee, unnecessarily because had they quoted me the correct amount, I wouldn’t have brought it in to begin with. Went to pick up the car and when they brought it to me the glove box was on the floor of the passenger seat. So not only did I waste $220, it wasn’t even put back together when I came to get it. (Yes I could have put the glove box back together but come on).

So today at the dealership I met a really nice salesperson name kamal he was telling me about the sales they have going on. I told him I only needed some parts for my son’s car. He was super nice and pointed me in the right direction

Took car in for transmission slip issues. They kept it all day. Finally when I picked it up, Lauren the office girl told me they test drove it on street and freeway with the computer scanner hooked up. When I had the tech drive with me after to show him the issues he told me they didn’t drive it on freeway or have the scanner hooked up because they ran out of time. Lauren then tried telling me she didn’t say that. All they did was fix a recall which wasn’t priority. The trip computer only showed 3 miles so they couldn’t have driven it in freeway and I have a dash cam
