Drove all the way out here and waited till 9:30am just for the employee to till me they don’t open till 10 am (as he was unlocking the doors) . I think it’s very unprofessional and inconsiderate to not correct the opening times so that people don’t waste their time

***The response i got from the company in regards to my own personal experience was UNPROFESSIONAL once again (not shocking though) and to say i gave the worker “a disgruntled response” IS A LIE!!!! If that’s the case state what i said or put the audio out ! I simply was trying to understand why your times on google say you open at 9am but when customers come at 9 or a little after You shoo them away and tell them to come back at 10am? Again unprofessional….. don’t try to gaslight me all because of your company misguiding customers!!! And i did take my money else where since it’s such a concern to you ! SHOP AT KIMS BEAUTY SUPPLY SERVICE/HOSPITALITY IS GREAT AND THEY ACTUALLY OPEN AT THE TIMES LISTED ON THERE WEBSITE!

Just went to this store for the first time today. We are new to the area and my daughter needed a few things. The guy working there watched us from the time we entered until the time we left. He was not friendly and it was obvious he thought we were going to steal. He stared so hard at my 9 year old grandson that he felt uncomfortable and said so. These stores love coming into predominantly black neighborhoods but are very racist.

Whenever I decide to get extensions in my hair, I ONLY use a Specific brand and style. It is also ONLY at the 'Mid-K Beauty Supply' store, so I drove to this location in North Tulsa (North Peoria), to "Try My Luck".? Since I'd pretty much purchased ALL of the hair that I use at the other 'Mid-K' locations, I went here (hadn't shopped here in Over 8-10 Years)-hoping to find it! I didn't see the Person who Knows EXACTLY what I buy & want, so I questioned the guy, who was working the counter. He was a bit Rude and not accommodating, at all.....? Dejectedly, I left and went to their Eastside store, since the one closest to me (in South Tulsa) has been Closed completely. Gratefully, I was able to find EXACTLY what I wanted and purchased it. The older Woman who assisted me was really Nice and I was Appreciative of her Help (at the 'Mid-K Eastside' locale).....

this place is only a few minutes drive from where I stay so anytime I need some beauty supplies hair products or a quick pair of false eyelashes i run here the shop keeper is nice and the prices are good

The guy in there is really nice and always helpful. The only issue I have is that when u look the place up it says they close at 7 on Sunday but really they close at 6
