I’m so excited that Utah finally gets its own Kpop Store!! I went on opening day & I love it. The inside is small yet spacious & offers lots of different groups albums + season greetings, preorder benefits, photocards, & lightsticks! Can’t wait to go back & see what new things they have to offer in the future:)

I just recently discovered this place and so excited that Utah has a Kpop store. It’s small but that’s okay. It’s better than having no Kpop store. I’m happy that I don’t have to rely on Target or other stores. Also, I’m happy that they have albums that I need to come back and add to my collection that Target doesn’t have. I will definitely come back.

I bought some cards from your binder and I am pretty sure they are lomo cards, I am honestly super disappointed. They were not labeled as such. I tried to message you guys on Instagram to bring this up but you don't allow people to message you apparently. I didn't want to bring this to everyone's attention because I'm really excited you guys are there and we have a kpop store in Utah but I'm really not happy about this. I drove 45 minutes down there for a gift and came back with fakes that I paid $8 each for.

I'll start this off by saying I'm super glad we FINALLY have a kpop store in Utah!! Utah is such an untapped hive (see what I did there? ?) of kpop fandom and opportunity that more businesses and kpop companies should take note of. I visited Kpop Hive in hopes of securing a Seventeen lightstick before attending the group's concert in California, but after the hour and a half of public transportation it took to get me there, they were unfortunately sold out, which is understandable, but I honestly expected a little extra stock of Seventeen items right before their tour. The staff were oddly quiet and did not seem very enthusiastic about answering my questions, which was also disappointing. They seemed almost annoyed at needing to interact with a customer. The store itself is neatly organized, although it is quite small and has limited items available. I think it is kept clean and organized very well. Hopefully my next visit will be more successful and staff will be more welcoming.

Really weird vibe here. Went in with my best friend, she loves kpop. But as soon as we walked in the two girls at the front desk went completely silent, like we interrupted a conversation they were having.

We looked around and found that they didn't have the female kpop band we were looking for. Seemed to be more male focused.

We tried to make conversation with the girls about kpop but they seemed pretty uninterested in talking to us, we were the only ones in the store.

They are also very intense on security, doesn't feel good to go into a store and instantly feel like you're stealing something, tons of cameras, and signs saying you're recorded, as well as a TV showing all the camera angles.

the store was clean and organized. they had an amazing selection of albums and even light sticks!! the workers were very friendly and the overall vibe was just positive. i’m so glad we have an official k-pop store in utah now :). i can’t wait to go back!!
