DO NOT MISS YOUR BUS! There is no refund if the rider does not get on the bus. The staff in the Indio office is very good at his job. He made every effort to help me get to where I needed to go.

The staff is great, the service and company it self can be insane - we purchased a ticket for an 80 year old lady who needed to be at her home early, bus stated pick up time was at 6:20 am we get a message that bus was late by 3 hrs so we left, 10 min later we get a tex that bus was on its way go drive back almost crashed we get there there was no bus. So we waited and waited and there was no bus. It’s really crazy!!!

Unlike certain other locations, agents here went out of their way to be helpful, even accommodating a request in change in destination with no added charges. Of course, since I was coming in on a bus that was delayed six hours and wasn't creating difficulties helped my cause lol.
