In der Apotheke ist fast immer viel los, aber die Verkaufsflächen des Ladens haben sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sind gut sortiert. Der Zugang über die Goldenrod Rd/FL551 und den University Boulevard ist einfach und es gibt immer genügend Parkplätze.

The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered! All but one of the staff are extremely rude. My elderly father even went to pick up my son’s prescription when we were all sick and was shocked how rude they were. He had a screenshot of my text from 4 hours prior that it was ready. They called him a liar (I was on speaker with him) even after seeing the text. Third time in a month I received a text a prescription was ready when it wasn’t.
You can no longer choose to talk with a pharmacist- only request a call back. I’ve done that 5 times and no one has ever called me back.
Last time I used the drive thru it took 35 minutes. After I told her what I needed, she did something else for 15 minutes before getting it!

This review is for the store and not the pharmacy. I agree with some about the front of the store needing a little sprucing up and curb appeal. The inside the store is clean and well stocked. There was a long line to check out and they brought up two more girls but they were not helping get the line moving. Not sure if it was the staff or the customers but the wait was frustrating. Maybe they need to get self checkouts at this CVS store to move things along. Parking is adequate with easy access to the front of the store, also easy access back on to Goldenrod.

Pharmacy here is useless. Have had multiple experiences with people that obviously hate their job and want to take it out on the customer. They really don’t want to be helpful at all. The workers in the store are sympathetic but it seems the pharmacy is like a separate business. Thankfully my new insurance doesn’t require CVS, so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

The pharmacy is The Worst. The customer service, particularly in the drug-thru is terrible. Long waits. Poor stock. Poor communication. Limited hours. Just go somewhere else.

Pretty low effort for someone needing medication after receiving a text that the medication was ready. They still said it would be an hour and no effort to make it right so will move to another CVS or Walgreens.

Bruce, I’d like to say this place was not always good. There’s a lot of good people there like the pharmacist Joseph is my favorite and he always make sure I have everything. However there have been times for people weren’t so nice and the fact that my car got backed into when I wasn’t even there but recently I encountered a new manager for right now for the replacement of Bjorn. I like Thomas way better than I like Bjorn. He gets the job done. He gets my approval.
