The gentleman (Brett Johnson) who came to discuss window options was a real help. He understood my vision for my home and helped me choose the perfect windows. The installation crew was professional and friendly. Luis was nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even went above and beyond to fix a framing issue for a window. They were meticulous in their work and even checked in afterward to see if everything was okay. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would happily recommend them to others.

I’m so amazed at the quality of these windows and doors. I never realized how much difference there is in glass. The rooms are brighter and the view thru them is exceptional. The sliding doors move effortlessly.
The installers (Luis, Paul and Miclo) were wonderful to work with throughout the two days. They were very careful with the interior of my home and left both inside and outside clean of all debris. I’m very impressed with the quality of their workmanship.
I would definitely refer family and friends to use kdesigners for the window replacements.

Overall it was a very good job.
Pros: The workers were very friendly, were finished in 3 days after starting, the bathtub was customizable, and the finished bathtub looks really nice.
Cons: It took them about 2 months to start the project and the price was above 10,000 even with discounts. The shelf that was taken off was put back and fastened but doesn't look like it used to.

I love my new windows. They make a real difference in my home. Luis was a great installer and explained everything about my new windows, cleaned up everything, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Great experience!! I would recommend them.

I had the siding done on my house between Christmas and New Year’s 2019, and 4 up stairs windows replaced in 2021 or 22.
The siding took a few weeks to come in, and then it was installed pretty quickly. There was an issue where an electrician was needed, K-Design doesn’t (didn’t) have one at that time, BUT they paid for the one that I connected.
It seems like the windows were installed relatively quickly too.
The warranty has been good. I needed a repair, and they took care of it right away.
I love the was my little house looks!

We had 35 year old faded aluminum siding and it was awful. We met with K Designs and ordered a complete house rewrap. They added additional insulation and did an exceptional job at upgrading our home. It’s lovely and the work is top notch! We will use K Designs in the future for additional home improvements! I had the front of my house done with siding. The job was well done and the front of the house looks great. The team was patient with me in deciding the design until I made my mind. I like the quality of the product and specially the insulation.

My husband and I worked with K Designers for a bathroom update and remodel, we had a bathtub that was leaking and rotting through the subfloor, working with both Cory to really break down what we would want and how the layout of the new bathroom would be best for us. He was fanatic while we asked all of our questions and really took time to get to know us. Spenser was our installer, he was entertaining to my kids who wanted to watch the progress real time, and was equally accommodating to my husband and I while we checked in on progress. Overall the install quote and physical installation went extremely well and wad completed quickly. I love our bathroom and will absolutely be looking at siding next!
